Grounds and garden maintenance across Hampshire and Surrey
Establishment periods for new developments, ongoing grounds maintenance for managing agents, and regular care for private gardens.

Planting only counts if it establishes
The months after planting decide whether a scheme thrives or has to be replaced. We look after that stage properly.
For developers, the establishment period is usually written into the planning condition and has to be evidenced before the landscape condition is discharged. We carry out the visits, replace failures and keep the records, so the scheme is handed over in the condition the planners expect and buyers see a development that looks finished.
For managing agents and residents' management companies, we provide scheduled grounds maintenance with a clear specification of what is done and when. For homeowners, we offer regular garden care that keeps lawns, borders and hedges looking their best.

Frequently asked questions
What is an establishment maintenance period?
Many planning permissions require new landscaping to be maintained, and any plants that fail to be replaced, for a set period after planting, often the first year or more. We carry out those visits and replacements so the condition can be discharged and the scheme is handed over in good order.
Do you maintain sites you did not plant?
Yes. We take on grounds maintenance for developments, communal areas and commercial premises whoever carried out the original planting.
How often do you visit?
It depends on the site and the season. Lawns and communal areas usually need fortnightly or monthly visits through the growing season and less in winter. We agree a schedule and stick to it.
Can you provide a maintenance schedule for a management company?
Yes. We set out the visits and tasks for the year so managing agents and residents' management companies know exactly what is included.
Do you look after private gardens too?
Yes. We provide regular garden maintenance for homeowners, from lawn care and hedge cutting to border care and seasonal tidy-ups.
Ask about maintenance
Tell us about the site or garden, how many visits you have in mind and whether there is a planning condition to satisfy, and we will put a schedule and price together.
