Commercial soft landscaping contractors for new-build developments
Planting, turfing and establishment maintenance for developers and main contractors across Hampshire, Surrey and the South East. Priced from your drawings, delivered to programme, pre-qualified for site.

Built for how developments actually run
Soft landscaping is the last trade on site and the first thing a buyer sees. We plan for both.
On a new-build scheme the landscaping window is short, the ground has been worked over by everyone else, and the planning condition still has to be discharged. EdenGreen Gardens is a family-run contractor that has built its commercial work around those realities: pricing that measures against your cost plan, sequencing agreed with your site manager, and planting that matches the landscape architect's drawings so sign-off is straightforward.
We work for regional housebuilders and main contractors including Beechcroft Developments, Ashgrove Homes, Belgrave Homes, Arcadia Construction and Forays Homes, on residential and mixed-use developments, communal gardens and public open space, show-home frontages and commercial premises.

Questions developers and QSs ask us
Can you work directly from the landscape architect's drawings?
Yes. We price from the planting plan, plant schedule and specification, and we build to them. If a plant is unavailable in the size specified we propose a like-for-like substitution for the landscape architect to approve before anything is ordered.
Do you provide RAMS and site documentation?
Yes. We supply risk assessments and method statements for our works, and we hold SSIP, CHAS and SMAS Worksafe accreditation, so pre-qualification is already done.
Can you price per plot or per phase?
Yes. We itemise by plot, phase or area so the estimate lines up with how you release plots and how the quantity surveyor measures the work.
Do you handle the establishment maintenance period?
Yes. Many landscape planning conditions require the scheme to be maintained and any failures replaced for a set period after planting. We price this as an option and carry it out, so the condition can be discharged.
What size of scheme do you take on?
From a handful of plots and a show home to phased developments and communal areas. Tell us the scale and programme and we will confirm quickly whether it fits.
Which areas do you work in?
We are based in Fleet, Hampshire and work across Hampshire, Surrey, Berkshire, Sussex, Kent and the wider South East.
